This story is very fast-paced. It is full of mystery and very action packed with some romance. It is a series, which I am so looking forward to reading the next book. This story is really great. It brought out stories from the Bible that helped Penelope get through some of her problem solving. Great Book for 8-10 year old's. I am anxious to read the next book when it comes out in this series. Great job MaryAnn!
I love reading Patricia Bradley books. The mystery’s can put you on the edge of your seat and this one did. It was action packed throughout the story. Emma was on the hunt to know if her twin brother Ryan was alive or not. Once she starts digging she finds more and even more that becomes unsafe. The book had a very good story line. It started good from the beginning to the end. There were quite a few words spelled wrong that were not the Canadian words. There were many words separated with a hyphen, where a hyphen did not belong. For a Christian based story there was a bit of cuss words used in the story. The ending left the story open for Book 2. Julia was my favorite character. She had so much determination, strength and learned to pray to God through all her circumstances. This book was very good and I look forward to more in this series coming out. It was a nice inspirational small town. Cole has a forgiveness to accomplish and Megan must deal with her heart. Josh, her son is one of my favorite characters in the book. I know what it is like to be raised by a single mom but Josh accepts it from the beginning. This story I really liked. The history in the story is remarkable. I loved the mountains and the holler people that were so down to earth and how Cora wanted to get as many as she could reading and doing arithmetic. It was full of inspiration and I really enjoyed the character of Pastor Wyatt. The story was very entertaining but the history is what stood out to me. This was an awesome read. Susie Warren does it again.. This is book three of the Global Search and Rescue Series and it has been a real treat. If ypu have not done so by reading all 3 books; please do so. You will not be disappointed. If I would have had one full day to sit down and read this I would have.

She was fearing her daughter Aggie was in danger so she sent her to her dad Hamilton Jones whom Signe is married too. This story survives a volcano eruption and being back in Hamilton's arms.
