This story I really liked. The history in the story is remarkable. I loved the mountains and the holler people that were so down to earth and how Cora wanted to get as many as she could reading and doing arithmetic. It was full of inspiration and I really enjoyed the character of Pastor Wyatt. The story was very entertaining but the history is what stood out to me. This was an awesome read. The Price of Valor By Susan May Warren
The Price of Valor
Susie Warren does it again.. This is book three of the Global Search and Rescue Series and it has been a real treat. If ypu have not done so by reading all 3 books; please do so. You will not be disappointed. If I would have had one full day to sit down and read this I would have.
Signe Kincaid was kidnapped from horrible people while she was serving as a humanitarian aid worker in Chechnya. She had secret information about Russia assets. She was fearing her daughter Aggie was in danger so she sent her to her dad Hamilton Jones whom Signe is married too. This story survives a volcano eruption and being back in Hamilton's arms. Will Signe stay in his comforting arms? You must read the book to find out.

The Christmas Swap By Melody Carlson
This book was a thrill to read. It was cold, cozy and full of wonders. A family from Arizona swapped houses over the Christmas holiday and ended up in Colorado. This book is full of warmth, love, skiing and enjoying the snow. Emma's story and West's story will have a special touch. I read Melody Carlson's Christmas books every year. They are wonderful, so grab some hot chocolate and curl up with this Christmas story. This book is a 5*. I received this book Courtesy of Baker Publishing Group through Interviews & Reviews.

Her Mother's Hope By Francine Rivers
This story was beautiful. Getting ready to listen to another audio book as this was my first audio to read and loved it. This book went through so many emotions and I found it so inspirational. Francine Rivers is one of the best authors out there. A 5 star for sure. First book in a series.

Her father who she calls "General" and her are estranged. Gavin helps put the pieces back together for her father and her. This book is full of suspense and inspiration. Lynette Eason does it again! In Black and White By: MaryAnn Diorio
This story was very heartwarming, especially for the times we are in; in our lives right now. Tori, a student at Penn State meets Jebuni, a foreign exchange student from Ghana. They become friends and eventually fall in love. They were not accepted and there were threats and harassment issues they had to deal with. Also, in Ghana Jebuni was to become the Chief of his Tribe and the elders would find a wife for him. Tori and Jebuni get married and eventually she moves to Ghana after their studies at Penn State were done. Her father had disowned her and she was pleased that she was now accepted in Ghana. This story continues on and ends with a happy note but my heart still stirred because we are all from Adam and Eve. God loves all of us. We are not picked out by color we are all his children. I am blessed to be one of his children. This is a 5* book.
